Enter your pickup and drop-off. Address suggestions and driving distance fill in automatically, and you see the full fare.
Secure with a deposit
A 25% deposit holds your ride. Your card is processed securely by Square and saved only for this trip's balance.
Meet your chauffeur
We confirm by email and send your chauffeur's name and plate before pickup. Track every update under My rides.
Ride, then settle up
Enjoy the trip. The balance is charged to the same card after your ride.

Clear terms, agreed up front
You'll see and accept these before every booking, so there are never surprises on your statement.
2 hrs
Free cancellation
Cancel in the app up to 2 hours before pickup and your deposit is refunded in full. Within 2 hours, call dispatch to cancel.
25%
Late cancellation
Cancellations less than 30 minutes before pickup are charged 25% of the estimated fare, kept from your deposit.
15 min
Waiting time
Includes 15 minutes of free waiting after your pickup time (30 minutes for airport pickups). Additional time is billed by the minute at the vehicle's hourly rate.
